Frankie grew up in West Sussex, England and has ridden horses since age 2. In her teens she discovered Western Riding and started competing in AQHA events throughout the UK. At the age of 16 she was selected to compete on the British team in the American Quarter Horse Youth World Cup competing in the USA and Italy. Her team and individual success led to her moving to University River Falls, Wisconsin to study Animal Science with an equine emphasis. After working at a number of yards she settled in Minnesota where she and her family now keep a menagerie of animals on a small hobby farm that includes Gumby the African grey parrot, Shire horses Gus and Mila, Ruger and Twiglet the quarter horses, chickens, cattle and her beloved Bernese Mountain dog. Yep, you guessed it, if it has feather or fur, two legs or four she loves it all!
